We are extremely lucky to have a location to rival that of the Mediterranean.
Poole Quay Boat Haven & Port of Poole Marina are both perfectly positioned to offer a base with which to explore Poole Harbour and its surrounding areas. Poole Quay Boat Haven can accommodate vessels of up to 44 metres and recommend that visitors do book ahead by telephone or VHF Ch80 to guarantee a place for you to sail into.
As well as being perfectly positioned on the quayside with a stunning view of Brownsea Island, the lively cafés, bars and restaurants are close by. The only difficult choice you have to make is where to watch the sun go down! The main summer season at the Boat Haven runs from April until end of October but winter berthing packages are available.
The Port of Poole Marina, which opened in June 2011, can berth up to 70 boats on an annual basis with the berths varying in length from 4-20m. The Marina also has the facility to berth visiting superyachts of up to 60m LOA during the summer season.

Poole harbour has many strings to its tourism ‘bow’- The shops, walks, views, nature reserves, beaches and sailing…in fact Poole is an incredible hive of activity, especially in the summer months (or ‘silly season’ as the locals know it!)

From April to September we take on a number of seasonal workers to assist us with the running of the Boat Haven. The hours can vary from 25 - 40 but average around 32. Our office is open from 08.00 - 22.00 Monday - Friday and 07.30 - 22.00 Saturday and Sunday. You would be required to assist in covering the office on a rota basis during these hours.
