Kerrie Gray

Marina Manager

Having originally joined PHC as a seasonal marina assistant in 2005, Kerrie became marina manager in February 2017. Previous experience included sailing as volunteer Watch Leader and Deckhand for the Tall Ships Youth Trust, during which time she sailed the Atlantic on numerous occasions and spent 6 months sailing around the Caribbean. Kerrie now manages Poole Quay Boat Haven, Port of Poole Marina and the Poole Harbour Boat Show and, together with the rest of the team, she is always on hand to answer customers’ questions.


Paige Medway Administrator

After completing her A-Levels, Paige joined us as a seasonal marina assistant in July 2017 and has since become a permanent member of the team. In September Paige embarked upon her 5 year Masters of Chiropractic degree and now works part-time. Paige holds a Marine Radio Certificate and enjoys running in her spare time.


Kirsty Caño Assistant Manager

Kirsty joined the team in March 2012 and became assistant manager in February 2017. Having held various nautical positions working on tall ships around the world, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Kirsty has completed around 75,000 nautical miles and crossed the Atlantic six times in various sea states. Kirsty holds her RYA Advanced Powerboat Certificate, RYA Day Skipper Theory and Marine Radio Certificate amongst other maritime qualifications including STCW ‘95.


Tom Killick


Tom joined the team for the summer of 2017 as a seasonal marina assistant, and re-joined the team in autumn 2018 when he became the new Bosun. Tom has previously worked and studied at Rockley Watersports and holds RYA Dinghy Instructor, Multihull Instructor, Race Instructor and Start Windsurf Instructor Certificates as well as Powerboat Level II and Marine Radio Certificates.


Tracey Phillips Administrator 

Having worked as a member of seasonal staff in 2011, Tracey joined the permanent team later in the year when she became one of the office administrators. Tracey has gained qualifications in RYA Powerboat Level II and the Marine Radio Certificate, and works alongside the rest of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the marinas.
