BOAT HAVEN
Opened in April 2001, Poole Quay Boat Haven provides 125 fully serviced pontoon berths for visiting and long-stay vessels, ideally located just moments from the centre of town.
Situated in one of the most sought-after locations within Poole Harbour, the marina enjoys stunning views across to Brownsea Island and places guests right at the heart of the vibrant quayside atmosphere. A wide selection of cafés, bars, restaurants, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, while the quay itself hosts a variety of popular events throughout the year.
Poole Quay Boat Haven is positioned at the eastern end of Poole Town Quay and caters for both short visits and extended stays. Berths are fully serviced, and vessels up to 75 metres in length can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

The main boating season runs from April through to October, with winter berthing packages also available.
PORT OF
POOLE MARINA
Opened in June 2011, Port of Poole Marina is the newest marina in Poole Harbour and represents a £1 million investment by Poole Harbour Commissioners.
Ideally positioned just off the main shipping channel, the marina enjoys panoramic views across Brownsea Island and the Purbeck Hills, offering a peaceful and scenic setting within Europe’s Largest Natural Harbour.
Designed to accommodate both leisure and visiting vessels, the marina provides annual berthing for up to 75 boats, with long-term berths available for vessels up to 20 metres in length. Visiting vessels of up to 50 metres can also be welcomed by prior arrangement.
Port of Poole Marina offers a range of convenient facilities and services, including complimentary parking and a free water taxi service operating to and from Poole Quay Boat Haven, as well as the swinging moorings in the Wych Channel. Poole Quay itself is only a short walk away, where visitors can enjoy an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and independent shops.
With immediate access to the harbour’s main channel, the marina is perfectly suited to both sailing and motor boating enthusiasts looking to explore Poole Harbour and the surrounding coastline.
